I took my Ram 1500 to Mike for just routine service of my transmission. I called him initially and left him a message. He returned my call and we scheduled an appointment for service. Be prepared to be on a wait list for 6-10 days. This is a good … More thing because as the owner of a small shop he does all the work himself, and he does it right. He takes pride in his work and is extremely knowledgeable. I love the fact that he told me he's not trying to get rich and takes his time on every job to make sure that it is done right. He won't overbook and will be very upfront about it. I'm sure that he would do everything in his power to expedite an emergency situation. I talked with him at his shop for about an hour and he is down to earth, genuine and you can tell he cares about his customers. I feel I'm a good judge of character and he has tons of it. So glad I was referred to him. I hope I never need to use him again but if the situation arises I will gladly send my vehicle back to Mike. And if you are wondering his prices are extremely fair. He beat what the dealership quoted me by half. Thanks for the great service Mike.
